Does my car need to be accessible for it to be collected?

No, we'll try our best to collect your car if it is in a difficult location. However, when we work out how much your scrap or damaged car is worth, we assume that your car is accessible. This means that your car is parked on solid ground with inflated tyres, so that can safely winch it onto a recovery vehicle. If this is not the case, such as your car is blocked in or the steering is locked, this could affect the type of equipment we need to use.

Don't worry if your car can't be driven under its own power.

You'll have the chance to tell us if your car is not accessible before you accept our quote. We'll then contact you to let you know whether or not your instant quote needs to be adjusted. If we do adjust your quote, there's no obligation to accept.
