What assumptions do you make about my car?

When we give you an instant quote, we assume that your car is completefree from significant damageand accessible. We also expect you to remove your personal belongings and any rubbish.

If these assumptions aren't true, you'll have the chance to tell us before you accept our quote. We'll then contact you to let you know whether or not your instant quote needs to be adjusted. If we do adjust your quote, there's no obligation to accept.
