Our Customer Services Team are available (AEST) Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:30pm and Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (outside of public holidays).
Standard rate applies (as per 01 or 02 numbers and is usually included in any free minutes).
During our opening hours we’ll usually respond within two hours.
